It was good while it lasted, but you got to realize

You are the problem and the only one who can change this is you in the end.

Context:

Pochari is not in the best headspace. I haven’t been in the best headspace the last couple of weeks. Due to my self-destructive tendencies like being too critical on myself and pushing people away; I pushed away the one friend who I held dearly the most. They were not at fault, it was me. I became toxic. I caused this. And now it’s up to me to change and seek help if I wish to get better.
