      The Bennett's striking, forest gaze was narrowed, eyebrows caving as she waited on the other-side of her best friend's door. Her thin and trembling, carmel fingers were being warmed by the plastic container she held in both of her hands, the waft of still steaming hot cookies doing little to calm her. 

   The door shifting to an ajar state, revealing the warmth of Elena's rich, doe-eyes did calm her, however. She almost smiled, but confusion lingered in her features. "Hey," and her voice was unsure. 

         Bonnie's lips pursed slightly as she closed a form of distance between them, offering the girl the cookies. A frown then caught her lips then, "Elena--" Her features strewed up in slight helplessness, "--Remember what happened after homecoming..."
