Har varit en lång diskussion med arkitekten angående fönster. Nu verkar det som vi har en plan iaf. 

Aluminium:

Dörrar och fönster från Velfac. Aluminium på utsida, vitmålad furu invändigt.

 Anledningen att vi rekommenderar Velfac i aluminiumalternativet är att dom fixar kombinationen av fasta partier/öppningsbara partier/dörrar på ett väldigt bra sätt.   När det gäller teak så är rekommendationen från fönsterspecialisten att man inte gör något underhåll på dem. Man kan olja dom om man vill att dom ska åldras jämnare men då förlorar man lite poängen med att välja teak. Är ni känsliga för att det grånar ojämnt, vilket kan se lite slitet ut, bör ni dock inte välja teak

 Båda alternativen är riktigt fina och fungerar väldigt bra med teglet. Priset skiljer inte så mycket så det handlar nog mest om ni vill ha trä eller aluminium på utsidan. Jag tycker personligen att trä är lite finare än aluminium men karmarna blir smäckrare i Velfacs system (= större glasyta i öppningsbara partier) och dom tekniska detaljerna som luftspalter och handtag gör dom väldigt bra.
