"1. Nutritional yeast would be available on every restaurant table, right next to the ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Hippie dust on EVERYTHING ALWAYS!
2. Every sporting event and concert would sell vegan hot dogs instead of the meaty counterpart, hummus and pita chips instead of cheesy nachos, and popcorn with a touch of salt instead of drowned in butter.
3. Speaking of hummus: hummus-filled grocery bags. Hummus all the time. Hummus baths for everyone. Hummus everywhere, people.
4. Leather shoes, dresses, pants, and the like would be a major fashion faux pas.
5. Instead of zoos and circuses, we’d all take our children to conservation events and volunteer at rescues on weekends. And think of all the animals we’d save and get to release. And how much happier they’d all be!
6. Buffets would offer fresh veggies in bulk. Plates piled high in veggies for all! And no post-buffet regrets — ever!
7. Delicious. Veggie. Smoothies. All. The. Time. For everyone!
8. Nutritional researchers would have a whole lot less to talk about. Since so much research these days is geared toward exclaiming: “Hey, eat more veggies! Eat less meat!”…we would all probably know this by heart (and take it to heart). The nutritional researchers might be sad…but we’d all be a whole lot healthier for knowing this stuff already!
9. Less meat production would mean substantially less emissions…and cleaner air for everyone.
10. The world would all around be a happier, healthier, and just plain better place to be."
