Trip to Virtuous Pie! “Superfunghi” and “Los Tacos” pizzas. I can’t believe it took me so long to discover this place —  it’s divine. Hands down my favorite vegan food place in Van. 

🌱✨Hearty vegan feast before our ayahuasca ceremony last night 😋 The Epic Awakening Retreat includes 100% organic vegan and raw vegan meals in alignment with Peruvian dietary protocol before and after ceremony. When our guests apply and register to attend we send them dietary guidelines to follow leading into the week with us in Costa Rica. It's very important that our bodies are as clean as possible to ensure a deep experience with sacred plant medicine. The cleaner your vessel the easier the medicine can do its healing works. We advise all of our guests to try their best to follow a plant based diet with no processed foods for at least a month leading up to their retreat. Then during their week with us we eliminate certain spices, oils, salt, fermented foods, and certain fruits like avocado and banana which are known to inhibit the power of ayahuasca. Thanks to @pedropradhu we dine like royalty and feel incredible from the inside out. It's always such a blast to see our guests shift.
