Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz refried beans. 1 cup vegan sour cream. 1 cup guacamole. 1 cup salsa. 1 cup shredded vegan cheese. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 lime, juiced.
Instructions: Spread out the refried beans in the dish's bottom so they cover the whole thing. On top of the beans, put vegan sour cream. Cover the sour cream layer with guacamole and spread it out evenly. Cover the guacamole with salsa. Add vegan cheese shreds on top of the salsa. Spread the black olives, chopped green onions, and diced tomatoes out evenly on top of the cheese. Add chopped cilantro as a garnish and squeeze lime juice over the top. Serve right away with vegetable sticks or tortilla chips.
