Feels, ships, and reboots... only on a Saturday of MLP.
Jasper's actual thoughts: ...This was a beautiful episode, pure and simple. It's a ponified Romeo and Juliet story and it fits wonderfully, and we finally get to see The Apple Siblings' parents!!! I'm kinda glad that THIS is the William Shatner/Felicia Day episode, because it was a pretty big thing! The subtext that they're dead is maintained beautifully... but I'm still curious about what happened to them, but one episode at a time. Bright Mac and Pear Butter, I tip my fez to ya'll, ya did good with your kids :)
@dawillstanator 's actual thoughts: Well let's see. I FRIGGIN LOVED IT! Romeo and Juliet wishes they could be this cute. William Shatner and Felicia Day both gives excellent performances, the romance between Bright Mac & Pear Butter was adorable, and it really gives us the inside look of AJ's parents that we've been looking for. Still would be nice to know how they died but hey I'll take what I can get. This along with Parental Glideance & A Royal Problem stand out as my favorite episodes this season thus far.
