I am about to attempt baking some cupcakes from the cookbook Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero. I'm going to start with the maple cupcakes with creamy maple frosting first. After that if I'm not too tired, I think I'm going to try to bake the carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. The lemon cupcakes with lemon buttercream frosting sound great too.

Looks like we're going to have a HUGE mess of cupcakes. Which is great because then I can take some over to the nice lady who lives next door who watches Job a lot. Her children would love that. There's another lady a few doors down that also watched Job sometimes and she has some kids as well so I think I'll bring her some too.
