Double Update this week!
I have a bad habit of neglecting my blog and I’m determined to at least give it a sliver of the attention it deserves so here are some very early color tests for Variations! I was originally going to do it in full color but I figured I’d save myself some of the pain with limited palettes. However, I did want to use lighting to convey some atmosphere as it’s an aspect of my work I take pride in, and I felt that color was still so important for clarity, as this particular character’s inner life is so dynamic. so really, I saved myself some time, but I didn’t really make things much easier for myself… I have to think hard about color theory when I’m working on pages.
