so i noticed back when you gave the ama answer w/ both pierrot and azz-azz, Pierrot's design looks different than in canon but i didnt have the time to find Everything.
finallt think i found all the differences;
-His ruffle/collar seems to be based on Azz-Azz's. its much uhh. taller? than canon-pierrot's and also has a white underside instead of yellow
-the bells on his hat are silver instead of gold
-the lacing on the front of his costume is different; silver buttons instead of gold, and theres also 3 strap-things tbar go over tbe lacing (black-white-black)
-it seems like he wears his pin, as well as a second pin behind it. perhaps a necklace-ish thing?
all except that last one have a direct parallel to smthn abt azazel's design
are these design differences all caused by / meant to reflect azazel, perhaps as a way to remember him? ;3
Have some rough sketches of the cast and their trinkets. They all got their own costume adjustments too to honour Azzy. Each taking an aspect of his old costume... Pierrot's star wing pin is a gift he got from Az a long time ago, just like all the others. They might have some other stuff from Az, but whos to say. Some are more attached than others, and that's presented in their alterations.

 Azzy boy always liked making things for others, so those items they care about a ton, except one of em has mixed feelings. How sad, I think I might just cry!
