Maybe since Ricky is the drummer there’s sort of the idea of him standing in the background, he feels like the guys don’t give him the respect he deserves until he’s gone
yeah i guess so? i mean each member rubs the other members the wrong way with certain things, or ignores the others a lot
i think it just has to do more with how loyal each member is to the band. like, crash heavily relies on the rest of the bats for support, mcbc often stresses group strength and team morale, and jimmy has shown to be very concerned about wanting the rest of the bats to care about him and like him; but bones has been shown to be more independent, and ricky has been shown to leave the bats when he feels rejected/neglected by them
also ricky is super naive and impressionable? and not to say that hes selfish, but he can be more concerned with himself than others at some times
