Feeling exuberant, honored, and humbled to be selected as the finalist for jazz saxophone in the Vandoren Emerging Artist competition! Im very excited for the traveling and performances to come. It’ll be awesome to meet the other finalists soon! Thank you to @vandorenusa for hooking me up with a new set up and all sorts of awesome gear! honestly my new babies are so cute

While listening to myself on the recordings I notice how bad this piece was. I wasn't frasing and the context was unclear. It was obvious I wasn't listening to myself before this. Saying that, I worked on it. And now even though there a long journey with this piece it's sounding better than I was.
