“'On Our first full day in Vancouver a crew of eleven of us set sail from Steveston dock into the Straits of Georgia, whale watching. Orca and Hump Back whales were spotted along with Bald Eagles, Steller and Harbour Seals. A new found respect for the job of a wildlife photographer was gained when the whales wouldn't pop up and perform exactly where and when we wanted.
