i like to headcanon that Siyabo was the Party King that Valenbo idolizes, which by extension makes her the designer of Art of Tailoring in my fanon I guess

Incidentally, there's still a sort of mini mystery in the Revelry Season that I'm not sure is solvable yet or ever meant to be (which isn't a bad thing but I just like Knowing Things)

It seems that while Crimson Rhapsody is Valenbo's own design, the Art of Tailoring itself is designed by a different Faewish Sprite. Valenbo says it was designed by her idol...an unknown bo sprite who was a previous Party King at some point!

Interestingly I feel like Valenbo's descriptions of this Party King are a kind of veiled reference to Aderinna. What we know of this Party King is that she earned the title using her "scissor dance" (which Valenbo calls "so cool!") and had a "rebellious" style. Note that Art of Tailoring is a Sweet outfit though.

I imagine from an in-universe standpoint the Art of Tailoring appearing on Nikki is basically the Mask calling up an old memory of the design

(Also, confirmation that, at least in English, Party King is a gender neutral title)
