there’s hardly any movement provided by connor while richard uses his hands to unbutton his top, having already discarded his jacket. without using his artificial breathing program he can hear his thirium pump beating in his own head, the ruffling of cloth while he moves his fingers to slip buttons through their openings. when he does eventually move, he doesn’t end up making the move to grab hold of richard’s clothes, instead, he takes his attention towards undoing his own belt. admittedly, he’s a little more than nervous. richard is... breathtaking. considerate, kind, funny, and he’s standing in connor’s apartment while he works on undressing him. connor is completely out of his element, he wished that he had some form of practice before doing this with him.
the belt comes undone, and connor pulls it through its loops. connor looks up to richard while he manoeuvres himself out of the shirt that the other had been working on. he was.. so incredibly beautiful. they had a shared model, but the way that richard looked at connor, his eyes, the sort of confidence that he held in himself that connor never thought he had... it was endearing.

‘ what - ‘ he started, about to let out an half bitten insult before the androids head promptly lands on his lap. there’s a few moments of the detective opening and closing his mouth before he chooses the latter. the fuck was he doing ? ( it’s not like he didn’t like it - ) but this was just . . . new to him. a foreign concept that he started to want more despite his lack of words and actions. having this domesticity made it feel like he was at home; at peace and comfort. away from the exhausting and emotional toll of his job, and with someone who he wanted to spend time with.
a sigh slips from his lips as his hands, once awkwardly at his sides gently comb through his hair, making sure not to make much of a mess. ‘ if you wanted this, y’should’ve just told me. ‘ the man jokes, gunmetal eyes resting solely on the android itself. ‘ i’m told i give good head massages. ‘
"ah, your jacket--" the soft words are punctuated by the rk900's hands smoothing out connor's jacket collar, brushing the dust off of his shoulders ever so gently and finally pushing stray lock of hair out of his predecessor's face. fingers linger near synthetic skin, hover there as led spirals, before richard is pulling back and joining his hands behind his back, offering a tentative smile. "there, much better."
flustered . finally , you allow your mind to wander , something new . as crushed velvet flesh grazes your brow ; you find ( in great vitriol ) blossomings of cerulean dancing across your cheeks - spreading to ears . your eyes dancing upward , flitting away with haste - before slowly finding his again . you allow the smallest hint of a smile to pull at the corners of your mouth . led yellow . this android does these things to you .

He’d been about to do the very same thing, something made evident by the way his hand idles uselessly by his lapel as the other android makes the adjustments himself. It’s an interesting sort of feeling having someone else fuss with his clothing, and Connor finds himself with his head tipped to the side and his attention entirely on the hand making the adjustments for a very long time, gaze raking along the other androids arm before finally making eye contact.

i’m always so surprised when people say that they found me scary at any point; i’m a super soft bean that is always way more scared of people than they are of me. it probably didn’t help that when i first showed up in the dbh fandom i was playing a nines. i have so much respect for people who are able to handle the demands that come with that fandom. like. i just couldn’t take it. so when i see you being you it’s like. wow. it’s inspiring. i’m glad you’ve come to understand that i am, in fact, just a super gay nerd. i'm so pumped to actually do things with you!!

it comes as a surprise to nobody, that i enjoy writing bad / morally grey characters. so i do not expect much of a shock when i say that i would love a thread between deviated ! richard & red ! connor ?
connor, still working for amanda, convinced that androids are not meant to feel & that deviations are flawed / need to be taken care of ? rk brothers working against one another ? having to chose between convincing connor of the opposite of what he believes or shooting him ?
