I’ve only been using it the past week (I do 10 questions every night after reviewing some portion of First Aid), but I’m glad I took the advice and purchased this Q-bank. Is it as golden as USMLE-World? Probably not (simply based on other reviews). Will it help to analyze clinical questions and help prepare me throughout the school year? Yes, I believe so. 

The questions are still primarily secondary and tertiary, and since I’ve never taken a practice NBME, I don’t know which of the Q-banks bear the most resemblance. I do think that Uworld has much more wordy explanations to the wrong/right questions (which I do miss), however, I love that Rx has the page from First Aid that has the information we needed for the particular question. So I simply flip to that page, study it, and if there’s a tidbit of information I need to put in there, I do!
