As it's #NationalPoetryDay it seems apt that I should share this. USIDOH, my next album, is a soundtrack of songs from the past 11 years. It compends a collection of poems I wrote between 2005-2011, the years before I began to even try and sing. Poetry to me is uniquely personal. It leaves so much space for one's self to be evoked between the lines. Allows your voice and meter to diction the words and find yourself in the tanglement of someone elses verse...also GREAT for picking up chicks AMMARITE?!

Pretty excited about this vid for my upcoming album Usidoh- got to work with the incredibly talented Stephanie McMann, and Fraser West from WeTheConspiritors. It won't be out for ages, but staring at this picture and humming should give one a good approximation of what to expect...HUMM.
