14. What is your muse most likely to notice first about a potential partner? 

There's absolutely no way of saying this without him seeming shallow as hell, but it's general size. He likes men who are built like brick shithouses, to put it bluntly. I do think a lot of his adult life being spent in the Circle where his potential partners were mages or templars probably informed that taste pretty quickly — Simon was large (6ft7/200cm) for a human, and then obviously Bull is well, canonically 8ft tall. Not to say he wouldn't date a man who isn't built like that, but I think after so many years, he's pretty set in his tastes 💀

26. How much stock does your muse put in first impressions? What is the best way to make a good first impression with your muse? 

Honesty It's probably what makes Arthur not go entirely on the defensive with the Iron Bull during their first meeting — Bull flatout admitting he was a Ben-Hassrath, even though Arthur didn't trust him at first as a result, actually warranted in a better first impression than if he had found out later. In a situation where a lot of people will lie to him or try to use him, like his position as the Inquisitor, being honest will stand out more than any form of flattery. Good job, Bull.

24. does the event that sent them away from their faction haunt Rook?

so I'm sort of torn on whether Hissera has the Canon Mercar Event or not? Because obviously she isn't a Mercar, and the event that technically sent her away from what should have been her faction (the Inquisition) was the failed assassination attempt on Arthur. But say for argument's sake, she did have the Canon Mercar Event? No, she wouldn't let it. Freeing slaves and killing Venatori is never wrong, no matter what the Magisterium might say. As for the destruction of public property, she just felt like it, so no. She won't apologise for it. She'll never apologise for it, even if it was the result of a reckless plan.

28. does Rook compare themself to the Hero of Ferelden, Hawke or the Inquisitor?

Okay so like. It's kind of hard for Hissera not to compare herself to her father. Of course it would be difficult not to. She didn't know Arthur until after he had stepped down from being Inquisitor, but she would have grown up hearing of him, what he's done. She's seen first hand how he's treated as a result of his role: how he's brought out every All Soul's Day still as Andraste's Herald, being expected to make speeches and light pyres in commemoration of Andraste's immolation; how he's still getting called Your Worship despite leaving the title behind years ago, how much it weighs him down. And hearing Maryden's song about him being a soldier, a saviour, a hero, a leader / Inquisitor fought for our souls being played around various taverns and even in Minrathous and Treviso, must be so odd.

One of the reasons she doesn't disclose her surname is because she doesn't want people to compare her to her father and the reputation he has across Thedas. It sets expectations, but more often than not, she's doing it to herself. She often feels like she's making mistakes he wouldn't make (note: she doesn't know the details of what happened during the Inquisition years; Arthur doesn't like to talk about it, and Bull respects that wish to not go about it in detail.) It's not until they have dinner together (Legends and Legacies) that he reassures her that he made plenty of mistakes — and how some of those led to his soured relationship with Solas, as well as his strained relationship with Orlais — in his time as Inquisitor. It makes her feel a little better about it, and his continued confidence in how she's handling things.
