I have (severe) Bipolar I Disorder, rapid-cycling, and (relatively minor) OCD. I find that my OCD symptoms are lessened by hypomania and mania, and exacerbated by depressive episodes. If whoever left that post would like to hear more about it from me, they can contact me directly on my blog. I've dealt with this for years. I'd like to think that I've learned a little about it, although I am still far from stable.

TBFW you fall out of mania and simultaneously feel relieved because it's over and nothing terrible happened, and sad because the euphoric component was great.
