Hero students, class of 20XX vs The Hero Commission and The Federal Government Of Japan
Nearly a hundred people who were Hero Students in the year 20XX are filing a class action lawsuit against The State for emotional physical and psychological damages inflicted on them during the AFO wars
They claim they never received any compensation of any kind for their work, and that the state forced them into a dangerous situation because it ignored clear warning signs and broke nearly every labor law for minors
The Hero Commission has declined to comment at this time, but an official spokes person for the Japanese government holds firm that it acted to the best of its abilities during an unprecedented crisis in the country’s history for the benefit of every citizen
The former vice secretary of The Hero Commission, now private citizen in retirement, had this to say.
“The medical expenses and waved legal fees alone for those supposedly affected at the time would have far out weighed any financial compensation they could have received, they should realize how lucky they were to have walked away without any debts or bills. Also why are they kicking up a fuss now? Seems suspicious, especially with the timing of Hero Deku walking around in his new fancy high tech suit.”
We reached out to a few of the ex hero students to get their side, Heroes Shoto and Deku declined to comment until they’ve spoken with their team of lawyers to create a joint statement, which Heroes Crati and Inginum assured us would be out soon.
