I was looking at #triathlon distances and figured the #sprint was the best one to aim for, given my size, my weight and that I've invested quite a bit of time and energy into strength exercises. Maybe it's also more traditional and easier to find races for, I don't know. So today I did a 20k cycle run at 36 minutes, quickly followed by 5k running, 36 and 30 minutes respectively. The cycling picture should have said 20 on distance, but the #cybex machine reset when I adjusted the straps on the pedals for a better #upstroke. Mastering the Upstroke
Here is a lesson I designed to help guitarists lock down the timing and feel of those pesky upstrokes. A lot of time guitarists have the downstrokes locked, but the upstrokes are slightly weaker.
To really master feel one must be equally strong at both down and upstrokes. These exercises will challenge both your right and left hand as well as your concentration.
