Looking at condominiums on the internet. There are at least two in foreclosure in my complex. I don't know what the fuck to do about this. I could put fifteen thousand down and pay quadruple what they are asking on morgauge per month, but I have terrible credit so I have zero chance getting a loan. This blows. I need a sugar daddy with good credit just to cosign the loan and then not even pay anything. (Although I wouldn't be upset if he doubled my down payment, lol)
