HE MUCH PREFERS COLLEGE ------- night classes were a thing , for one , but also the subject matter was something he could CHOOSE for himself instead of the standard curriculum required in high school.    granted , being stuck at eighteen for your entire immortal life meant that  you could never really stop going to school in some capacity before people started asking questions.      heâs already gotten himself two medical degrees , but this time heâs just trying a bit of everything.    Â
currently , heâs sitting outside of a classroom , notebook open on crossed leg as he goes over the pre-course material.    the semester has just began , but heâs still trying to be prepared.    THEN , HE HEARS THOUGHTS THAT SEEM ENTIRELY OUT OF PLACE.    not that thereâs something wrong with her thoughts , but their subject matter -------  MAGIC & WITCHES.    golden gaze flickers from his notebook to eye the source of the thoughts , brows furrowing.     he listens for a moment , intrigued.     HEâS KNOWN THAT WITCHES EXIST , but heâs never personally met one.     though , knowing she was a witch came with her knowing he could read her thoughts.    so , instead , he catches her gaze & simply smiles a bit.Â
