Hi. So.... it’s been a long time. A few years. Life is crazy like that. I left tumblr and the fandom life for a little while to focus on myself and my real life. That was a good decision and I regret nothing except disappearing without really any prior notice.
I apologise.
I am back! However! I am so back! And I have several exciting pieces of news and they all relate to my writing.
First: I have recaught the writing bug for real! It’s fantastic, I’m actually writing again and loving it. So, I will probably be getting onto some of those unfinished fics that everyone probably thinks are abandoned. That will all be in due time though because of my second piece of news:
To get back into my Destiel fic mindframe I have just signed up for DCBB18. I am excited to get working on that in May. Which leads me to my third piece of EVER MORE EXCITING NEWS (well, I think it is):
I AM PUBLISHED!
Self-published, but still published. I took my old fic, All Your Edges and turned it into a book. And then that book developed into a series and I have so many stories planned and I am a quarter of the way into my second book in the series.
For anybody wondering about All Your Edges, I had to take it down so I could publish, but I do have a PDF so if you would like a copy I am more than happy to arrange to get it to you.
In the meantime, it would mean the world to me if you guys could check out my book and my website and see what I am working on and have a read of my blog. I’m doing Camp NaNoWriMo at the moment to finish of my second novel and then it’s straight into working on my DCBB for this year. After that I’m going to finish Show Me How To Love (I’m sorry it has taken me so long to come back to it) if anybody out there is still waiting. Then we shall see where I go next. I’m also going to try and be on tumblr a little more. I’ve missed it.

He ends up keeping the baby – a daughter – and takes her to New York with him when he leaves for college. He raises her partially on his own with some help from his parents, and tries to juggle parenthood, school, and work. And everything works out okay for a little over two years – until he runs into Kurt.

hello! was hoping (if you have the time) you could please recommend some fics :) i like fics where kurt is older (by a lot or even just the one year like in the show), bottom!blaine, not too many chapters (under 30 preferably), i do enjoy mpreg if it’s well written and blaine is the one pregnant (but i feel like i’ve read most?). thank you for your help w this blog! sorry if this ask seems demanding; i read in your faq that you like when ppl provide detail. thank you again for this great blog :)
I did some searches on AO3. There are ten results for mpreg!Blaine. Many authors only tag mpreg without specifying Kurt and Blaine - there are 190 results.
Under the cut there are eight fics - either ones that I have enjoyed or ones I haven’t read but are written by authors that I like. Unfortunately, none of them have the age gap you are looking for. Chapters is not a good indicator of length of fic as they vary enormously by author. Word count is a better measure.

"Hear You Me" (on AO3) was totally cute. I don't have any quotes because I didn't save it, but it involves disabled Cas and sexy times with Dean. Kind of a spoiler alert, but also pretty obvious while reading it, and also my fav part: Cas is forced ("offered") to get a $40k surgery so he /might/ hear again. He declines and is proudly disabled and it's so great.
SUCH A GREAT STORY yes I also highly recommend Hear You Me
It reminds me (slightly) of Show Me How to Love. HS!AU Cas is non-verbal autistic and Dean is the only (non-familial) person who really gets to know him beyond his autism. Sadly it is a WIP, and may be abandoned since it hasn’t been updated since June, but I’m still holding out hope. It’s TOTALLY worth reading even though it’s not finished. One of my favorites really… ^_^
