A lil slower getting going this morn..BUT I *NEEDED* some extra rest after last night. It IS shocking to me how ppl can be SO cruel. :( However.. SO WHAT! #NOWWHAT?!? Focusing on #goodThings, my #30DaysToHealthyLiving "re-boot"..RE-reading our Support Guide Booklet..& easing into things this time.. BUT warm/hot #lemonWater IS AMAZING. Since I brought it back into my life as a daily morning ritual..just < a yr ago. I can't imagine going w/out it now! As well..some "light" reading (hahaha) on #Pilates, #anatomy & physiology & #mindSet w/the master #RobinSharma! Oh..& in the fore-front some B&W "blueprints" of my #business brochure for PRE-RE-launching my Pilates biz #UnityIntegrationStudios! Thinking about final revisions/updates/improvements to make!
