Angry protesters from New York to Alaska assail Trump and Musk in ‘Hands Off!’ rallies
Thousands of demonstrators took to the streets across the United States on Saturday, voicing their frustration with President Donald Trump's leadership. This marked the largest wave of protests to date by an energized opposition movement aiming to rebuild momentum after the turbulent early weeks of the Republican administration.
The "Hands Off!" protests were coordinated in over 1,200 locations across all 50 states, with participation from more than 150 organizations, including civil rights groups, labor unions, LGBTQ+ advocates, veterans, and election integrity activists. The rallies remained peaceful, and no arrests were immediately reported.
