Enjoy something different with this savory sausage surprise ice cream. This one-of-a-kind frozen treat is creamy, sweet, and has a great hint of savory sausage. It will make your taste buds dance and make you want more.

Ingredients: 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 4 cooked sausage links, finely chopped. 1/4 cup maple syrup. Pinch of salt.

Instructions: Heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a saucepan. Stir the mixture all the time while heating it over medium-low heat until the sugar is gone and it's hot but not boiling. Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit. Add the chopped sausage, maple syrup, and salt, and mix them in. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's instructions until it's the consistency of soft serve. Put the ice cream in a container and freeze it for at least two hours before you serve it.
