August 12th Update: Actually Some W's For Once
So. Today was different.
Grandma took me to work with her for the first time ever â apparently she didn't trust me to be alone with the lady after last night's argument, which. Fair honestly đ
After a lot of tears from me I somehow managed to break through dad's "I couldn't give less of a fuck" front and find the actual human being underneath it. He forgave me. He said he'd talk to the cops so I don't have to worry about that anymore. I can just continue my life.
The college still lets me in with my student ID even when I have no classes, which is genuinely such a lifesaver. Note to self though â call ahead if staying a long time đ
And then the lady decided to insert herself into the argument and called me manipulative, a psychopath, and a narcissist.
Which. Okay. A few things.
Psychopaths and narcissists don't cry the way I cry or for the reasons I cry. That's just not how either of those things work. The lady might want to look those words up before deploying them next time đ
And then â in possibly the most unexpected twist â dad AND grandma both told her the argument didn't concern her and they all argued for a while before everything went quiet.
Dad and grandma defended me. Against the lady. I don't know what timeline I'm in but I'll take itÂ
