hi friend! getting fit isn’t all about counting calories and doing squats- it’s about taking care of yourself. eating healthy portions and a large breakfast is huge. stick to whole foods, lots of greens, plenty of water and potassium! try to cut down on carbs/sugars and amplify the protein! good luck!
i know that already love but one of the main things to lose weight/get fit is keeping within your calories and burning more than you eat (so you need to do about a 300+ calorie workout as well as staying around 100 calories under) that way you can make sure that you aren’t plateauing but i find counting calories is the easiest way for most people to lose weight and thank you for some extra advice bub! greatly appreciated!!
