like why should YOU get to tamper with and modify the language that WE (and when I say we I mean Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander trans folks) made for OURSELVES.

why do people who aren't one of us, don't have our experience and never fucking will feel like they have enough of an understanding and authority of our culturally specific experience to create a symbol to represent that experience??

idk I'm just generally sick of whitefellas who think they should have more of a say than we do on our own experiences.

and to this day I still DESPERATELY want to know how they expected that to play out, because seriously.. HOW.

all this just so none of my teachers can force me to rewrite my work because THEIR Ai says it's Ai.. like dude, my disability already makes finishing work take at least twice the time and effort it would for a regular person and combine that with 5 college classes (some of them being very demanding) my regular workload is already hellish, nowadays I spend at LEAST 9 hours on school work everyday besides Saturdays
