Levi and Sofie Age 15

“Le..vi”.. sofie was at a loss , what could she even say ? . The 15 year old boy’s face had blood on him but it wasn’t his . The one person in her life who was still in her life was hurting and she knew it . Because that’s how she felt the day of her first kill .. taking a life . even if she hated that event happened she didn’t regret it . ‘that child , at least she’s still alive .. and i met you levi ‘. Sofie couldn’t understand why on that day the moment she saw his handsome face at age 13 her heart fluttered. her heart would beat faster, her cheeks would heat up .. the first time she saw him half naked she was so sure he could see her heated face . at first she didn’t know what to call this damn feeling .. all she knew was that it was already strong to begin with but each moment she spent with him .. the boy she loves more than anyone she’d risk her life just so he can live . It wasn’t as if the raven haired teenager voiced his feelings but then again who was she to judge sofie wasn’t the most open when it came to her past . The one thing he ever asked on was her insomnia , sofie didn’t yell at him in fact she hardly reacted .. didn’t even bat an eye. only saying “ I don’t sleep anymore” and it amazed her how her raven haired friend could manage to get 3-4 hours of sleep. walking towards the man she loves his face turned to her direction his expression hardened until he realized it was sofie. her face told him everything as if she said ‘ i know how you feel. “Levi .. you’ve done enough.. he’s gone “ . locking the door once entering levi tightly embraced the petite girl tightly . letting out a shaky voice “ you’re alive”. sofie was truly shocked to her core , but dared to ask the question she prepared herself for .. even if it shattered her heart. “ as a friend right?” now that confused the raven haired boy ‘friend?’ in his eyes how could he ever think of sofie like that . ever since that day he met her it infuriated levi to no end.. why her? the first time he caught her changing she was in nothing but bra and panties the 14 year old saw only for a moment and even that felt too much. it wasn’t his first time seeing a woman nearly bare given the underground had prostitutes . sofie and her body did things to him not once has he ever longed for another person. she was already pretty to begin with but seeing her breasts weren’t flat she looked more developed along with her curves .. all he could think back then was that she was so beautiful. both of them knew very little people down here could be trusted.. so why her? This kiss was warm and loving it was hard not to feel anything .. she made him feel like he’s loved and wanted . kissing back with the same feeling while holding her waist . coming for air she caressed his cheeks , sofie accidentally blurted out “you’re so beautiful”. levi didn’t know what to say , there was an obvious blush his face not to mention his ears were red . clearing her throat “levi what are we ? friends don’t do that”. levi feigned annoyance

Sofie opened the window so it’d be less stuffy . isabel and furlan were internally grumbling both of them hated when the couple got like this . Sure levi could be scary but neither expected sofie to have a dangerous aura as well about tidiness when they joined . while furlan was dusting and isabel was sweeping .. furlan looked at the red haired girl with a twinge of fear knowing firsthand how those two can be . Isabel grumbled about waking up early in the morning to clean and that those two are clean freaks. “ care to repeat that magnolia ? “ in a low threatening tone isabel jolted . “ n-no , it’s all good! “ showing the petite woman a nervous smile . ‘ shit she heard me?! big sis sure is scary like levi bro’ . once their home was all clean sofie was smiling seeing that their home was clean and livable moving on to cook. sofie isn’t the type to be very talkative around people she’s not very close to. Sure she shows isabel and furlan her kind/warm side of her but she’s not to the point where she’d show it constantly . while sofie wasn’t paying attention furlan and isabel had their own conversation. *whispering* “furlan any reason why big sis is closed off ? It’s like she shows more of her happy side for levi bro” Furlan shrugged “ no clue , she was worse with me apparently she hates men “ . causing isabel to raise a brow in confusion . “ but she’s in a relationship with big bro? “. “quiet they’ll hear you ! , i mean the men you see on the streets .. i heard from levi one time that she killed a guy because he groped her and forced himself onto another girl “.. “ big sis is so cool !” . While isabel had stars in her eyes over her badass big sis . Levi overheard their little conversation but saw no need to butt in . ‘No .. she’s so much more than fighting scum like them’ .(brief flashback ) levi stiffening at sofie’s touch when they were younger, when they met after kenny left . “I’m not used to people caring,” her voice sounded in pain . “You’re not the only one who’s hands are stained with blood levi..I’ve done things too. Ugly things.things you can’t even begin to imagine” her hollow voice that made him twist and ache inside, her smiles , her laughs their first kiss after they confessed to each other .’.. Reminiscing these moments warmed his heart knowing she opened her heart to him and vice versa..

When furlan first met sofie he blushed at the sight of her natural beauty when he saw her side profile trying to buy food . When he approached the girl in an attempt to flirt and put his hand on her shoulder . That was a big mistake , the young woman spun a full 360 degrees and sent him flying once she kicked under his chin. For a brief moment he saw her ice cold glare ‘ ow that smarts ‘ . Sofie heard her levi jog towards her direction . Her expression turned from a glare into a smile , a beautiful smile . “ sofie what the fuck happened i heard something and i thought .. “ The young male couldn’t continue his words when he saw those light violet eyes looking at him with surprise “y-you were worried about me ?” He didn’t give her the satisfaction of replying to her. Thinking she had meant to tease him, no it just surprised her. The young raven haired male used one of his hands to rub the back of his neck while averting his eyes and blushing .Usually the two rarely showed pda where anyone can see them . But this time the snowy white haired woman made an exception and hugged her lover wrapping her arms around his back . Both sighed in happiness and showed each other a gentle smile . Understanding each other to take their leave . After first meeting sofie and levi furlan would try repeatedly asking them to let him join them . The first few times sofie looked at furlan with an icy glare which clearly told him ‘ I don’t like you’. But that didn’t stop the blonde. What could’ve been a few months . the couple finally accepted it on two conditions . “ for starters learn how to cook and clean also you’d be joining us on our jobs “ sofie said and Levi continued “It won’t be for free either so get your ass moving and come “. Once Levi grew comfortable with furlan and began to trust him ..sofie not so much . “ I don’t get it , why does she hate me ? “, before answering levi took another sip of his tea. “ She hates men , she’s used to me because i’ve known her for a while, overtime she grew distrustful of everyone else because of where we live.. I once saw her kill a scumbag because he tried to cop a feel out of her”. Shuddering at the thought levi continued “ From what she told me you tried to make a move on her , she hates being touched by strangers “. “Ok , that much i get but she doesn’t have a problem touching you.. i saw that hug when i first met her “, growing tired of this conversation levi gave a curt answer “ because she’s my woman dumbass , you’re lucky i didn’t tear you apart that day “ .. now that it all clicked furlan was sweating out of anxiety . ‘ I better not mention that i was going to hit on her because i thought she was hot’ . It took an extremely long time for furlan to gain sofie’s trust and see any type of change on how she treated him . But one day he saw a whole new side of her , a job gone wrong due to some shady people . Furlan ended up getting a sprained ankle and deep bruising on his cheek . “ Oi , can you stand ? “ once he tried to put pressure on his left ankle he fell on his ass . “ Tch .. guess it can’t be helped “, the petite woman picked the tall male with ease . “ w-what are you-?” , “ Isn’t it obvious ? I’m taking you home so we can treat your wounds you’re lucky it isn’t severe”. ‘ her words are harsh but that’s beside the point ! how the hell is she this strong ?! and why is levi letting her carry me?!’. Levi was there but he was intrigued to see what would happen .. he already knew sofie is strong enough to lift a man like furlan despite her height . Once they were inside their home sofie carried furlan to his room and gently put him at the edge of his bed where he sat . Just as sofie left the room to get a first-aid kit to treat the man’s wounds she looked up at levi who was leaning against the door silently telling him ‘ I’ll be back make sure he doesn’t do anything stupid ‘ . Understanding what she wants levi nodded in agreement . “ Levi what the hell was that ? “ “ she told me to look after you “

“ ok? How is that even possible ? you two didn’t even exchange words” not even bothering to answer the blondes question irked furlan ‘ what the hell?! these two are weird’ . giving up , sofie came back with a medicine bottle and two bags of ice covered in rags and a glass of water. Giving the male 2 tablets and the water she handed it to him. “ swallow and drink it , the medicine will help with the pain “ once he did what what he was told sofie instructed him to lay down she put both ice packs on his ankle and his cheek . “ the ice is to help reduce the swelling and pain , “ thank you sofie , i didn’t realize you cared for other people “ offering her a small smile . Making her eyes slightly widen by surprise and averted her eyes with an evident blush .. not used to getting compliments by others . ‘ apart from my mother and levi i never received any compliments ‘. “ Tch .. Don’t be stupid i’m always caring about others “ . Before she left sofie rubbed the top of his head and showed him a gentle smile .. going towards levi to hold his hand both had left the room . ‘S-She smiled and was nice to me ? i understand nothing ‘ taken aback by this new side of sofie he rested his head holding the ice pack on his cheek.

Levi and Sofie : Age 16

“kenny ? as in kenny the ripper ?” Nodding to sofie’s question levi began to sip more of his tea . “Huh.. never thought he’d be the type to take someone in and teach them how to survive down here”. “It is strange levi “.. that caught his attention he raised a brow in confusion . “This kenny happened to come at the right moment after your mother died from an illness and you nearly succumbed to dying of starvation.. but i have no room to talk when mother was killed when i was 6 this man came at the right moment as well killing those bastards who nearly sold me “. Although his face didn’t show much sofie could tell levi was disturbed .. maybe even angry at the thought of her almost being sold off as a prostitute . Seeing that he was upset sofie walked over to his side of the table cupped and caressed his right cheek showing him a gentle smile. “ levi .. i’m alright . We both had a shitty childhood but we survived that’s all that should matter “. “Thank you for telling me this , i’m certain it’s a difficult thing to bring up . As it is for me , truth be told i wish mother was still around “. Showing such a saddened expression made levi’s heart twist . The 16 year old boy didn’t know how to comfort her with words .. it was never his strong point. Instead he gently kissed her forehead , sofie looked up surprised but with an evident blush “levi..” sofie saw his ears were red but also a hint of red on his cheeks . Leading him to their room sofie was about to sleep against the wall but it would seem levi thought differently. Holding her wrist to stop her. sofie could tell in his deep greyish-blue eyes he was pleading for her to lay down with him . “Levi are you sure ? “ nodding his head sofie complied. Holding her against his chest sofie could hear what he was telling her . “Stay with me like this every night.. i need to know you’re by my side”. ‘Levi’.. sofie started peppering her love with kisses all over finally softly kissing him . “Levi , I’m not going anywhere . Not without you, i wanted the same thing for 3 years that’s the only thing i wanted.. i just .. wanted you to be comfortable around me “.

With sofie averting her eyes with a deep blush, levi’s eyes slightly widened for a brief moment . Although there was no smile his eyes gave away his true feelings . Those same eyes softened only meant for her .. as if he was silently saying ‘ Thank You’. Nodding yes to his silent request , the raven haired male lowered his head gently kissing her lips ‘so soft’ secretly loving to kiss his beloved there. Deepening the kiss, levi felt sofie’s tongue pleading to enter .. opening his mouth a bit both explored each other’s caverns.. for what felt like ages . Teasing him as if to pull away levi didn’t like that one bit . growling.. he gently pulled her back to him . Coming back for air both had flustered expressions on their faces . Giving the same treatment levi showered sofie with kisses anywhere she showed skin . Pecking her neck at first without thinking he began to suck onto her neck which made sofie lightly moan. Not meaning to he found himself happy she both made such a cute sound and cute face . His heart began to pound faster, seductively whispered into her ear “ don’t make that face to anyone else “. That made her even more red .. if thats even possible. “I-Idiot .. i would never.. “. To prove her point that she loves only him , sofie returned the favor by marking him anywhere she could which he let out a stifled groan sofie made a “cute “ pouty face that made his heart flutter . “L-Levi .. d-don’t joke like that , i only want you and only you“. “ idiot that , thats my line .. no one has ever made me feel this way like this .. i don’t share or let go what belongs to me .. you’re mine and i love you “. Although she knew he loved only her it still warmed her heart to hear those three sweet words . “ I feel the same way , i love only you”she gave him a chaste kiss.

Levi and Sofie Age : 14

Levi thought he’d never let anybody inside his walls, get close to his heart and to be touched by anyone. and neither did sofie, she swore after those men took away her mother and seeing how men down here are untrustworthy that she’d never trust again. But levi was the first one she let see her , the true her .. not the cold exterior she created before she knew it he wiggled his way in and gained her trust. For the past year levi showed through his actions he truly did care about sofie . It was like any other night, except she caught levi walking towards her after a job . As soon as she saw those eyes that she understood all too well . Yes she’s able to mask it almost perfectly that even her sharp eyed friend never noticed . She didn’t ask why he was depressed , no need to . “Levi you don’t need to tell me anything .. just let me help you “ showing him a soft but understanding smile. Although hesitant to do so he slowly went into her arms like they were a safe haven .tightly clutching onto her clothes like she’ll disappear without a trace . Once sofie started softly stroking his hair , the mask of his cold exterior mask began breaking piece by piece. silently he began sobbing feeling that it was safe for him to show sofie his vulnerable side . This was the anniversary of the night kuchel had succumbed to her illness . While crying levi felt tears staining the shoulder of his shirt . ‘ tears?’ Once looking up for a brief moment the boy saw the girl he grew to like in a romantic light was crying in front of him it made levi’s heart ache he hated seeing her like . ‘sofie why are you making such a pained face ?’. Having a hunch it was about levi’s mom .. sofie couldn’t help but think of her own mother that she lost far too early. Once their tears had dried up levi felt lips on his forehead making his heart beat faster than ever before along with his cheeks heating up . Not used to receiving such care and affection it made his heart feel warm . sofie’s cheeks were red as well and levi thought she was the most beautiful girl he’s ever laid his eyes on .When levi woke up the next morning he noticed sofie wasn’t in the room they shared . ‘Strange , where could-‘ he saw her messy bed head and shorts that accentuated her curves. Despite her petite figure levi felt no other could compare to sofie’s beauty both inside and out . He wasn’t sure quite yet what to name this feeling whatever it was he wasn’t going to fight it . Once sofie saw that he’s awake she gave him that bright smile that made his heart flutter. she walked up to him and hugging the raven haired male , his body stiffened at first but then relaxed because it was her . “Levi !, perfect timing i was just about to wake you up for tea “ “you made me tea? “ “ of course! you said before that the tea i make is good in which i find it the sweetest compliment you’ve given me “ answering his question like it was the most obvious thing . Levi wasn’t used to these kind gestures from anybody but he didn’t hate it either. Taking a sip of the tea sofie made was just how he remembered it ‘it’s true it tastes good whenever she makes it ‘ . “You know Levi apart from the taste another reason i love tea is because my mother would make it for us .. to me the flavor didn’t matter but it’s the one memory i cherished the most from her” although reminiscing on the memory sofie’s eyes were glossy . He didn’t do it often but he smiled , really smiled. “Thank you sofie“ she showed him a loving smile and spoke in a soft tone. “ Of course because for you i’d do anything “ once he finished his drink levi gave his undivided attention to the girl he cherishes listening to various topics she talked about .. sofie was unaware the boy she likes was smiling at her .. a true smile that held so much affection for only her.
