Uncreate

Yesterday, I posted about choosing to release or "destroy and uncreate" beliefs that were no longer serving one's life.

Some felt the destroy thing to be a little violent. Here's the method behind that expression, as I see it: Everything has an inception, a moment of creation. Now, think if you will, about a sci-fi show in which someone goes back in time and changes one little thing. Upon returning to present day, they find big things are different or don't even exist.

Every belief had a moment of creation as well, one you don't remember, likely a moment long before you were born.

What if, simply by asking these beliefs that aren't true for you to be uncreated in that way? It would be like they never happened for you.

Sounds crazy? Try playing with it when you feel angry or upset about something and see what happens.

"I'm now willing to destroy, uncreate and let go of any beliefs that are making me feel <unloved> <less than worthy> <broke> <dumb> <confused> <sad> <etc> in this moment. So it is."
