While I’m not heavily into these two, I know that my friends and especially Uma fans will like these!
V lore V
The pair were born a generation prior to the one combining vehicle and beast elements, during a relatively good time on Cybertron.
El Condor Pasa! A rearing young Umacon eager to race and get dirty in the ring, she competed in several races across Cybertron, as well as holding her own in the wrestling rings. She would go on to join the autobots once sides had to be drawn in the dirt, making quick friends with the rowdy Wreckers, having numerous wrestling matches against Bulkhead, all of which she’s won.
Seiun Sky is often considered an airhead, eventually, given her laid back nature, she found herself lost in space. She can’t recall the how or why but she found herself out there.
She would receive a corrupted transmission from a nearby wrecked cybertronian ship, clearly heavily damaged by meteors and other space debris.
Inside the ship she discovered several decommissioned bots, finding a barely online bot that she gave an Energon pack. Once he regained his consciousness it was obvious that he was traumatized be something, lashing out in a fit of blind rage and fear. She was eventually able to calm the large bot, learning that his name was Sixshot and that his spark and body are immortal, and that in his barely powered state he was conscious for thousands of years in silence.
Seiun would keep an eye on big lug to help him work through his anxiety and socialization skills, acting as his anchor of calm vibes, so he doesn’t snap.

Doto and Opera are definitely the same height but in actuality she’s taller like that one piece of fanart I don’t remember who made
V lore V
Meisho Doto the clumsy bot was born into one of the later dubbed “Golden Ages” of racing on Cybertron. She was originally given the job of miner due to her larger frame as the ruling elite were still struggling to determine the functional purpose of Umacon alternate modes.
She would later be moved to waste management because of her clumsy nature and personality not messing well with a lot of the hard heads in the mines, although a bit named D-16 was rather compassionate and comforting to her, treating her like a younger sister of sorts, going on to convince her to chase her dreams of racing in an upcoming Iacon 5000.
In that race she went head to head against T.M. Opera O for the first time. Opera would come in first during that race with Doto close behind her in second, sparking a several year-long rivalry between the two, granted it was a more friendly relationship with the pair often seen close together along with other Umacons such as Sounds of Earth and Admire Vega.
Given the outcome of that race and several others across the years the High Council would label the Umacon alternate mode as having a “Entertainment Oriented Function.” With that Umacons were given reign to chose to join the racing scene at will.
T.M. Opera O came online on a Cybertronian colony world named Opulentos known for its high amounts of wealth due to abnormally large quantities of Energon deposits within the crust of the planet. She was taken in by the couple Shockdrive and Warnado, raising her with their planet’s ideals and away from the functionalism of Cybertron, free to indulge in the racing scene on Opulentos to her heart’s content, building a career for herself.
She would set off on her own, eventually landing on Cybertron to compete in the prestigious Iacon 5000 where she would find her rival and close friend Meisho Doto. The precious Doto would eventually introduce her to D-16, he would express his opinions on Cybertron’s Functionalist Council. The ideas he proclaimed crept into Opera’s mind leading her to spread the word against the council, expressing her view of the system given her background of freedom and what 16 had told her.
Opera would eventually join the gladiatorial pits of Kaon because races kept getting canceled or postponed due to protests against the Council. Within the pits she would eventually go head to head against Megatron, D-16’s gladiator personality that he put on, the pair noticed eachother and grinned widely at eachother. The match would later go down in history as one of the best matches, and one of the most honorable fights within the pits. At the end Megatron was able to barely scrap by, winning the match against her.
As the conflict grew Opera and Doto would join the Decepticons due to their relation with Megatron. While with the cons Opera and Starscream would clash constantly, although the only one actually angry would be Screamer. Doto worked small jobs around the Nemesis ship, refusing to join in any conflict. While on the ship she would run into the Insecticons several times, getting frightened with each encounter to the bug’s confusion.
Several times on Earth Doto would get separated from the Decepticon group, sometimes intentionally because of awful bots or terrible “pranks”. Within those times of separation she would make friends with other Autobots, like Taiki Shuttle and Matikanefukuaru.
However, as the war progressed, and Megatron’s mental decline increased, the pair would defect from the cause, leaving to the Autobots however they would escape from the war entirely going back to Opulentos until the war was over.
