We need more Pricilla infos, would she ever get involved in plot points with the turtles?
Well to start, my biggest inspirations for Priscilla's character were Anne Boleyn from Six the Musical, Yzma from Emperor's New Groove and Janet from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.
Priscilla presents herself to be VERY naive, playing the part of a dumb hot blonde who's only meant to be eye candy for a famous martial arts super star like Chris Bradford. When in truth, it's all an act. She's very conniving, calculated, self centered, greedy and eccentric. She gorgeous and she knows it, and she will use her beauty to her advantage to manipulate men to do what she wants (it worked on Bradford back in the day). As for Priscilla's relationship with Bradford, she was only with him for his money, hoping one day he'd pop the question and she'd inherit all his cash once they got married (though she doesn't like the idea of tying herself down). Her plan was simple: seduce rich man, get married, inherited fortune, husband "mysteriously" dies, repeat.
Once she discovers Bradford's mutation however, Priscilla sees a greater opportunity. Like I mentioned in my first post about her, Priscilla starts a charity/fundraiser in honor of her "missing boyfriend", playing the part of a grieving girlfriend missing her lost love, when in reality it is a ploy for her to pocket the money the organization earns for herself and get more rich than she ever would be if she did marry Bradford.
I'd imagine she wouldn't really try to get involved in the plot all that much in the beginning cause in the Turtles eyes she's not a "world ending threat", just a mere con artist, so they aren't eager in stopping her (especially since all she's really doing is screwing Bradford over, which Mikey appreciates lol). But I like to imagine she would eventually become more of a threat when she starts getting more involved in the crime boss world with Don Vizioso and his gang.
I might not do this, but maybe she ends up helping Vizioso create the Anti Mutant weapons, maybe she helped him get new buyers/suppliers which results in her getting a cut of his earnings. She probably seduced Vizioso too just so she can get her way, and once he's arrested and sent to prison in season 5, Priscilla seizes the opportunity to take control.
