I had a lovely day yesterday hanging out with my significant other’s family while he was at work.  We did all the typical touristy things which was fun because I haven’t really done any sight seeing as thorough as that in London yet.  

I am frustrated today after getting off the phone with the British National Insurance line.  You are suppose to apply for a National Insurance number when you arrive in the UK.  I thought it would be pretty straight forward but NO.  The customer service here is down right atrocious. They wanted a secret answer and wouldn’t continue unless you knew.  No body knows it.  They make it very difficult for foreigners to establish themselves here and don’t help to explain the process.   No wonder guns are banned here, even the sanest person would be driven to madness after speaking with any help desk.  Just venting.  Pictures may looks like a picnic but it’s not as easy living here as you think.
