So, I am documenting each forward (not backward please) step that I take towards working and living in the United Kingdom.Â
I am currently on the process of reviewing for my English language exam, that I need to pass so that the Nursing and Midwifery Council of the UK will let me work under their wings. Yes, it is the dreaded IELTS, and yes, I need to get the most coveted Band 7 score in all sub-tests.
I am so excited to live and work there. This is what I want, really. Really. I keep on daydreaming about what it would be like to actually stay there and experience the culture, the weather, the food, and the people. If someone could just see me now, I’m smiling from ear to ear like the Cheshire cat.
