Luciano (i might change his name though) is not alive . Sky knows he's adopted definitely. He would've liked to meet the guy but... well. He can't. And anyway, he has loving parents already š.
He is.... technically not magical at all. THis is because when Mariah left the temple, she became mortal. Human, essentially! So Sky doesn't have any powers unless he assumes the role of Guardian in Mariah's place. Which he does not want to do, he wouldn't be able to leave.
