Annoying as fuck to still have a fear of abandonment after middle school. Like yeah my friends THEN were shit and left me to rot, but my friends NOW aren't!!!! Why the fuck does my body go into panic mode when my friends don't reply to me and stuff like dude i know it's not because they hate me it's just because they're busy. But like. there's always the lingering "what if" of if they're angry with me, if they're done with me, if they've realized that I'm terrible, and they want nothing to do with me. But like. that's stupid because I'm not even a terrible person, and they would have no reason to think that? what?
i'm not like those cool aromantic people experiencing a little to no romantic attraction. i experience it all and i am too self aware about it. take it from me please i don't wanna feel that much.

Vent post incoming:
It's legit hard for me to see all the Dragon Age 4 hype, knowing how the artists were treated. And I don't think I'm going to be playing it.
It's easy for me to avoid Ubisoft and Actiblizz, primarily because I don't give a shit about any of their products. But Bioware was a massively talented studio once, and their bad practices have hurt so many of their employees. Employees who created the things we love, employees who put so much of their love into those creations, and got fucked over anyway. It sucks to see people maltreated and good art put in the crosshairs of crunch and profits. It shouldn't be this way.
Bioware as we knew it is dead. And seeing all the hype about the new game just leaves such a sour taste in my mouth.
(I have such mixed feelings about Dragon Age anyway, and I'm not going to elucidate them here, because the fandom has set that dumpster on fire and burned it into slag several times over. But despite those mixed feelings, there are things about Dragon Age I genuinely love. This is an ugly sort of mourning for me.)
you know what I love. men.
