i remember that time in 2015 when alvaro morata played for juventus and they were versing real madrid in the semi-final, and how he conceded those 2 goals made me hate him so much because we lost 3-2 on aggregate because of him but now since he’s playing for real madrid again I just love him now!

Hi guys, HaRe Illustration here! I haven’t formally announced via tumblr that I am now an MA student at UCL studying publishing. With that, welcome to my new blog where I will be documenting and reblogging all things that are PUBLISHING!
The reason I decided to start publishing? Well, I love illustration and design, but I felt that I needed something more. I wanted to be able to use my skills in design for a wider market and industry. The work experience I had with the Conde Nast Traveller (my first official commission and have had two things published with) really inspired me. Being in the offices with the employees and seeing them collaborate, talk and create all together was truly inspiring.
It’s not just the realm of design that is creative; the whole publishing industry is.
In our world today with advances in technology leading to a new digital revolution, the publishing industry has lost its way a little. But this is where it gets exciting. We as creatives can observe, innovate and tackle this challenging in rebranding publishing’s identity.
I personally feel that publishing is communication in its entirety. It’s talking to people, informing them, entertaining them and inspiring them. However, that conversation has always been one sided. We need and are starting to create a conversation.

i ride my bike everywhere i go. it takes me to work, shows, meetings, friends, restaurants, and adventures every day. my parents aren’t convinced that the hundreds of dollars in parking tickets, breakdowns, and gas i’ve saved over the last four years is legitimate, but there’s no way i could have afforded rent, college, my band, or the cost of living if i had a car in Richmond. my bike is a trusted friend. i’ve written songs, nearly died three individual times, met some of the best people in my life, and even started a business while riding it. it gets me where i need to go, even if i’ve yet to figure out where i’m headed. when she isn’t shooting bands, the awesome Julie Ferguson takes photos of folks and their bikes to tell stories of what these incredible machines mean to the people of Richmond. support her work! mural by Jerkface, as part of the Richmond Mural Project.
