u know jughead literally mentions archie's loneliness in the opening narration for 4x11...... the last time archie talked to even veronica was at least more than an episode ago, even more so the rest of the core four or a social safety net of any kind. like what are y'all doing i know u have school to not do and parents to fight and mysteries that nobody cares about to solve but archie's dad literally died, on top of serial killer next door neighbors and the mob and being kidnapped for a night and going to jail and being beaten by guards and solitary confinement and kids punching each other and him for adult profit and being branded and stabbed and attacked by a bear and EVERYTHING ELSE archie went through just leading up to it like do u really have not even a second of ur time to spare.
