i don’t know actually?? i don’t think the words by themselves are that funny, it’s the expressions which are hilarious. my personal favourite: alma de pollo. you call someone that when they’re being naive, or when they’re making something more complicated than it is and you tell them an simpler way and call them alma de pollo. which is, literally, soul of chicken. there’s a variant, alma de cántaro, which is soul of vase.
