Now, that it has been a few days since starting typography class again it brings me back into the mind set of a designer! After discussing all the different aspects in type , it reminded me how powerful type is. Now, with that being said the thing with type is that whatever font or style of characters a person uses it still has to be thoughtful to be genuine. So, that was reaffirmed for me during class in that what the text is saying and the purpose of the text for the audience has to coincide with it’s design to be truly useful and sufficient.
The goal is to build that understanding of putting the right design to the text! just become more comfortable using and experimenting with type. And finally, just developing my skills as a typographer!
