THE PA || Scott × Jae
Jae was bored and bored Jae equated to a Jae that felt like she needed to go find something else to do. She was starting to see less and less of the bar, not wanting to surround herself with the atmosphere for the time being and as hectic as her “other” life was, it wasn't enough to fulfill her time continuously. As much as she loved being a simpleton, she doesn't enjoy being a bored simpleton. So she decided to remedy that by looking for yet another job. She wanted something that would pay well, be somewhat entertaining, and provide her with a bit of eye candy now and then.
She spent a week looking through the classifieds of local papers and even found herself lurking around the net in hopes of finding something that piqued her interest to absolutely no avail. She threw her latest magazine to the coffee table with a groan and whined low in her throat, wishing she was momentarily a child so that it'd be completely acceptable for her to throw a tantrum.
She inhaled and exhaled deeply, relaxing herself and trying to will away her frustrations before reaching for another newspaper to look through. She hadn't picked up this paper at all during the week, not really enjoying the paper and how they handled things in particular thus demoting it to the bottom of her list almost immediately. Now though, she slightly regretted it as she skimmed through the classifieds; the amount of job offerings listed taking her aback. She clicked her tongue and gaze the listings a paroper look over, her mind immediately disregarding any that seemed shady or similiar to something she did and/or gotten bored with before.
She sighed as nothing grabbed her attention and almost put down the paper to resign herself to living a slightly boring life when she caught a listing out of the corner of her eye that she seemed to skip over beforehand. Giving the listing her full attention, she pursed her lips slightly before shrugging slightly and deciding to go for it. After all, how hard could being someone's personal assisstant be? It's not like she was incompetent, so it shouldn't be too hard. Whatever, it was worth a shot and really, anything was better than lounging around lazily.
With a decisive nod, she reached for her phone and called the number listed to set up a date and time for an interview.
