so nowadays hes not doing too good. because sadly spoilers for the 2021 daniel craig movie no time to die but he uh. well. he does that last part of the title.

but he is 007! thats his special codename in mi6 (which is the british foreign intelligence service in the stories/movies and irl), the 00 basically means he has a 'license to kill' aka he can kill people when hes on assignments which he does do a lot. 7 just means he's the 7th agent with a license to kill.

his swag is that he's a super cool top secret agent but he's actually really bad at his job (i.e. killing so many people, getting kidnapped/put in dangerous situations all the time). he's also like a grade a pervert and almost any woman that shows up he's guaranteed to have sex with. in the first movie he has sex with three different women. also some of the older movies end with bond's superiors checking in on him while hes mid-sex and they all yell at him for being nasty.

i do have my own version of bond in my mind that i like where he is kinda normal. i mean not really a characters gotta be interesting somehow but my bond isn't constantly seducing women and drinking copious amounts of alcohol
