What is each characters biggest regrets?
I'm going to have fun and answer this for The Weeping Valley and Have You Seen Me?
Suri- Leaving their post, had they known how painful it was to be remade they never would have risked someone they cared for going through that. Prue- Trying to show off to the other village children. She was young and didn't understand how dangerous some of her fathers gifts could be unsupervised as someone untrained. The village recovered, though the those who lost children never forgave her. Taigan- What he said to his father before leaving for The Spire. His father doesn't write him, mother mentions him in her letters and says that he has forgiven him, but he knows that he truly hasn't. Amelie- Nothing, has never regretted a thing a day in her life. Caius- His first mistake. It was avoidable and yet it was one he made. He doesn't regret the path it has brought him down he just regrets what it has done to the person he has done it to.
Beau- Believing bad information. He ruined someones career, life really, on something he didn't double check. He lives with that now, he carries it with him. Jessica- Pushing that girl during her interview. She meant well, but she didn't realize just how badly the girl needed a friend and not an interview. August/Autumn- Not fighting harder for Shuler. They believe in soulmates and think theirs slipped away because something terrible happened. Wyatt- Falling in love the first time. Ash- How they acted when Lexie went missing. They thought it was a joke at first and never apologized because it was too hard. Brit- Marrying Rog. He never let her grieve properly and nearly derailed her whole life because his mother told him woman were supposed fill a certain role. Lex- Touching the board.
