The Quartermaster, Darsena (MC)
Darsena's been the right hand of their brother's captaincy since its conception, providing both support and opposition to his decisions. In charge of the provisions, equipment, and morale, Darsena holds the line between a successful venture and a disastrous one.
The Captain, Domenico Ademaro (M)
The captain of La Dulcina before that was even her name, Domenico is a natural-born leader with a strong magnetic personality and even stronger penchant for aggravating those around him. Rumors about his never-ending luck and inability to die follow wherever he goes; some people are even calling him "God's Favored Son".
β₯ The Boatswain, Evrim Ergeshov/Ergeshova (M or F)
The quiet bosun in charge of the myriad of ropes holding La Dulcina together. Their silence should not be mistaken for reservation, but instead as a precautionary measure for the fire that burns hot inside. There's not much they don't know about the goings on of the ship, even if they don't always want to involve themselves in whatever shenanigans are occurring.

An undeniable genius, Lovell is responsible for getting La Dulcina from one destination to the other, though this work does not come without its hiccups. Professionalism and results are his strong suit, not companionship and niceties. Not that Lovell has ever advertised at possessing the latter.
β₯β₯ The Helmsman, Celestin Chassur (Genderqueer)
A chance addition when La Dulcina was first marked traitor that has paid back in spades. Celestin is a disarming and polite in all the right ways, with a wealth of patience that never seems to end. Their cool head in stressful situations has saved the crew in countless scenarios.
β₯ The Surgeon, Seshen (M)
A skilled flirt and an even more skilled medic, Seshen keeps the crew of La Dulcina alive through buckshot, steel, and illness. His roguish demeanor often begets doubt, but its a confidence backed up by results. People say he's always willing to help, but others only believe that only to be true for the people he likes.
β₯ The Cook, Rosario de Torres (F)
As the newest addition to the crew, Rosario was not so foolish to think that a life filled with piracy would be an easy one. It's her determination that has allowed herself to slot into the lives of La Dulcina's crew, even if there is a certain loneliness to being the only stranger in a ship filled with family.

Hi, so if it wasnβt clear I am on a self imposed hiatus.
I have pretty severe ocd, as well as some other not so fun mental health things that I canβt just shut off or pause.
I know I have been gone for a while. Trust me. But right now Iβm trying to juggle being creative at all, getting a drivers license as a person on the spectrum while also trying to sort out having a job that I can do to make any kind of money.
I think itβs lovely that people still stumble onto my passion project still, and I am sincerely sorry I have been gone without really having mentioned it; I have worked on building the world on ouroboros, making art for it and maps of the world. But sometimes life happens and it can make things worse for a time. Healing isnβt linear, and it shouldnβt be either.
To those around, thank you, even if itβs just still following my blog <3 I am waiting for things to become more stable for me, so I can care for myself and those I love better. And by waiting I mean Iβm actively having meetings with doctors soon and later on job aids.
Iβm not going to remove my blog, as I do still plan on making Ouroboros a fully fledged IF, even if it takes time for me to do so.

I hate giving an exact day for updates because I feel like it jinxes something but I'm so happy with the progress from this weekend into to today with The Forest.
I'm very hopeful! I will say the dark theme isn't working, but there is going to be a decently muted type theme that should be tolerable.
There is something code wise I haven't quite got and it makes parts of the dark theme unusable and I'm not going to give y'all something like that.
