but I think it’s pretty fun!  it has first-person dungeon crawling like P1 and P2 and the battles themselves remind me of Devil Survivor.  it’s not, like, HUGELY INNOVATIVE or anything, and it uses a lot of standard character tropes, so it’s not really for people who want an artistic masterpiece.  but if you like modern supernatural JRPGs, then it’s a solid game.  The random encounters do get sort of tiring since they don’t have a huge variety of enemies (plus there’s the levelgrinding of course).  overall, though, I find it to be really entertaining!  the characters and plot are interesting enough, the dungeons have a challenging but manageable difficulty level, and the visual style is neon-grungey and cohesive.  

so, personally, I like it!  I would recommend it to anyone who’s into the JRPG scene.  If you’re not, though, I don’t think you’re missing anything amazing if you pass it up.  it’s an enjoyable dungeon crawler with edgey dark themes- nothing new, but still fun nonetheless
