These 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins are incredibly easy to make and taste amazing. With just pumpkin puree and spice cake mix, you can whip up a batch of moist and flavorful muffins in no time. They're perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients: 1 can 15 ounces of pumpkin puree. 1 box 18.25 ounces of spice cake mix.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350 F 175C and put paper liners in a muffin tin. Put the pumpkin puree and spice cake mix in a large bowl and mix them together. Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed. There is only the pumpkin and cake mix that needs to be added. Fill up each muffin tin cup about two-thirds of the way to the top with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the muffins for 18 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. When you take the muffins out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes in the pan before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way through. Enjoy your tasty pumpkin muffins made with only two ingredients!
