How long have you been playing the Sims? 

Since 2008. I played The Sims DJ first, so about 14 years.

How long have you been a Simblr, and why did you become one?

I started around 2013 on my first blog so it’s been 9 years. I was just lurking around at first, then I was mostly liking and reblogging stuff and eventually joined in posting my own sims things around late 2015 because of everyone’s amazing sims content. (Also I remember you being one of the first people who supported me here when I started! :D)

What type of Simblr are you?

A sporadic one, I pop in and out every now and then. I usually make sims and CAS content then share some of them here. Like most peeps on here, I look at what everyone else is up to in their games and their content (*^▽^*)

Which generation of Sims do you primarily play?

TS2! TS4 is a close second.

1. How did you get into Dragon Age?

It’s all @lavellanvibes‘ fault, which I’m sure she regrets immensely because she has to deal with my endless bullshit and headcanons and keysmashing about the fics I’m reading etc on a daily basis. :D Long story short, she showed me a bunch of hot pixel people and told me if I played this game, I could smooch them. Also she knows I love medieval fantasy settings and stuff! 

14. Favorite DA:O party combo?

Oooooh, I’m going to say Alistair/Morrigan/Zevran, which is the party I just finished my most recent playthrough with. :) AND (because it’s technically part of Origins), my favorite Awakening squad is Anders/Justice/Nathaniel, they have some of my favorite banter ever omg

17. What did you name your Mabari?

Is it bad that I don’t remember my first playthrough? :( I think Finn? (at least that’s what my mabari in DA2 is currently named). I’m sure at least once I had Barkspawn and once probably just Dog. :’D

42. Who do you wish you could romance that you can’t?

ooooh, quite a few... my top choices would be Nathaniel, Varric, Scout Harding, and Krem. and I wouldn’t say no to smooching Duncan

80. Favorite fanmix?

I’m not really sure what a fanmix is.... is it like a playlist? :X If so, is it weird to say my own? lmao. I (to no one’s surprise) have an otp playlist that I listen to a LOT, mostly because it gives me inspiration to draw :3

99. Where would you live (Fereldan, Orlais, Free Marches etc?)

2020 Simblr Resolutions/Goals

I was tagged by @twofee for this way back in 2019, and then while I was in the process of writing I got two more mentions by @jeweloftheworld and @in-sempiternam - thank you all for thinking of me! ^___^ Sure took my sweet time with this, but hey, I had a lot to say  and not enough brain capacity to put it into words, lol 

Definitely on top of my priority list is to keep going with the BaCC! It’ll be going into its third year in 2020 but it still feels so young to me! (probably because prepping took 2 solid years I’ve only been actually playing it since, like, March). There’s a lot to do with it still and so much fun to be had and I’m really hoping that the copious amount of pics I tend to take during gameplay won’t overwhelm me and that I’ll be able to keep both playing & posting it at a reasonable pace. It’s something to aim for, anyway!

Remember to post more pics! There’s a whole-ass backlog of screenshots that I’ve never bothered to share (such as the one above!) which are simply screaming to be published. Usually if I take too many pics of one thing/subject I pick the ones I like best and eliminate the others, but that leaves my Fraps folder clogged with a fuckton of pics that aren’t objectively bad and that I don’t want to delete, but don’t want to post either. So I’m hoping that 2020 can be the year I declare ‘screenshot equality’ and give all pics a fair chance. Maybe I’ll start a new thing and post random screenshot dumps when I don’t have anything else to post… I’ll figure something out!

Try to get back to asks, requests, and wcifs a lot quicker, and be more interactive with the community in general! I’m the worst ever at getting back to people about things, but maybe 2020 can be the year I finally kick this ugly habit in the butt. 

Find a way to back up my simblr. I’ve been posting on this hellsite since 2012 and I’d be devastated if something were to happen to my posts and pics. I’m keeping my eyes on Tumblr alternatives such as Pillowfort and NewTumbl, but my biggest complaint with both right now is that neither of them offers a simple and streamlined way to move the contents of my Tumblr over to their platforms (yes, I know, Blogspot does offer that option, but… uggggghhh, Blogspot). I’ve no idea yet how (if at all) I’ll be able to do this, but I’ll be vigilant and keep myself posted on the newest developments re: Tumblr alternatives, so here’s to hoping a solution crops up on its own. 

Keep my game playable and on top of maintenance. Windows 7’s end of support unfortunately means that I’ll have to upgrade to another OS very soon and, as we all know, TS2 is notorious for not playing nicely with newer systems. I’m actually really dreading having to do this (Windows 10 sucks so bad, ughhh), but I’m afraid I don’t have much of a choice at this point. I just hope that, once the process gets underway, I’ll be able to get everything in working order and that my beloved old game will be just as I left it. And if this step goes smoothly (fingers crossed!), then I’d love to…

its a vaca subhood for camping bc tbh, id rather camp than go to the beach bc i hate the ocean!

Migdethetree is right, I forgot a step �� I always started with a community lot, but changed it into a hotel when I was done building. So sorry for the confusion. It's been a while since I build one
