Twister is not a badnik btw, he was manufactured by an underground bounty company. originally made to be nothing more than a program to fulfill any dangerous tasks necessary, the company found very quickly into the manufacturing of robotics, the production of most robots were sabotaged to be faulty. Despite that, many of them still worked and would continue to function for years. they would go on working for the company without regular maintenance. because of that,They weren't fixed after facing damage and instead would be disassembled and used/sold as scrap metal. Twister was one of the last robots to be disassembled

Here's some username lore: 'DrTwisterTime' was actually my old Toontown name! I turned 'twister' into an OC and later on threw him into the sonic fandom. He's been a part of my online identity for a very long time.
